Shipping Policy

Welcome to tmartplatform, We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping process.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email/SMS.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with a tracking number.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or severe weather conditions, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Coverage & Delivery Timelines

We deliver to prepaid and Cash-on-Delivery (COD) serviceable pin codes across India.

Metro Cities

2 – 4 Business Days

Rest of India

4 – 7 Business Days

Remote Areas

7 – 10 Business Days
Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement.

3. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping

Flat fee of ₹50 on orders below ₹499.

Free Shipping

Applicable on all orders above ₹499.

COD Charges

Additional ₹50 processing fee.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an Email, SMS, or WhatsApp notification containing your tracking details.

Track your shipment using the courier partner link and AWB number provided after dispatch.

5. Damaged, Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your package is damaged, do not accept delivery.
  • Capture photos/videos immediately.
  • Notify us within 24–48 hours.
  • Packages returned because of incorrect address or failed delivery attempts may require additional shipping charges.
